Already use H&D components?
Teams across large organizations often discover H&D is already a supplier elsewhere in the company. Explore the additional bumpers, channels, protective padding and custom applications available for other equipment, facilities and departments.
Two ways to engage
Standard components and custom solutions

Standard components
Proven designs manufactured to order from H&D tooling: industrial and ground-support safety bumpers, channels and headknocker padding, roll bar pads, and restoration components.

Custom solutions
Components developed from your drawing, photo or sample. H&D selects the material and density for your application, produces tooling in-house, and manufactures in the volumes your demand requires.
Discuss a custom applicationHow engagement works
From application requirements to production
Share your requirements
A drawing, photo, sample or part number — with the application and approximate quantities.
Engineering review
Material and density are selected for your load, exposure and weight requirements, including fire-retardant formulations where product families support them.
Sample approval
Tooling is produced in H&D's own machine shop; you evaluate a molded sample in your application before production.
Production
Manufactured in the volumes your demand requires, with firmness verified in-house and inspection on every run.
Why teams choose H&D
Responsive expertise for specialized applications
Southern California manufacturing
Domestic production with fewer logistics dependencies. Customers are welcome to visit the Stanton facility and review production in person.
Application-specific material selection
Formulations selected for the application — weight, feel, chemical exposure and fire-retardant requirements — not adapted from a previous customer's part.
Firmness verified in-house
Firmness is specified to the application and confirmed with in-house firmness testing, from soft seating foam to firm impact padding.
Short-run flexibility
Low-to-mid volume repeat production is the core of the business — run sizes follow your demand rather than a plant's minimums.
Quality
Quality, documentation and compliance
Documentation is provided scoped to the specific formulation and product family your parts use.
Preparing an inquiry
What to include for an accurate quote
- The part: a part number, dimensional drawing, photo or physical sample — simple drawings are sufficient to start.
- The application: what the part does, what it mounts to, and what it is exposed to — sun, fuel, heat, cleaning chemicals.
- Quantities: the immediate order and the expected annual volume.
- Firmness or density, if known — or describe the feel the application requires.
- Applicable standards: fire-retardant or industry specifications the part must meet.
- Timeline: when parts are needed.
Discuss your application
Submit an RFQ with whatever you have — a drawing, a photo, a sample or a part number. Your inquiry is reviewed by the team that manufactures the part.
